They prepare diets but do not follow them. Subscribe memberships in gym and Yoga centers but do not practice and later ignore them. Some people even after planning to follow their diet food, get habituated to have junk food, smoking, drinking etc.: all habits that damage their diet along with health.
Healthy living is not only eating healthy food or drinking healthy juices. It is about wellness or physical fitness that adds up the meaning of healthy living. This can be done by making small changes in your life. Following are some simple, easy and best ways to to start living healthy without any drastic changes.
- Stop smoking: Everyone knows smoking damages health. Smoking not only damage the health of a smoker but also the health of others around him. There are many reasons to get habituated to smoking. Some people say that they smoke in order to get out of stress. If you really want to get out of stress, find another source that makes your mind relieves of stress. Avoid smoking. It damages health slowly and leads to death.
- Stop drinking alcohol: Currently right from teenage till old age, every one gets into habit of drinking. Drinking causes damage to your organs, drains your energy and contributes to your increase body weight. Drinking becomes a habit from college days, where you spend time with partying. This bad habit may remain with you for many years after college, and results in serious effect on your overall health.
- Eat healthy fruits and vegetables: Try to have at least one fruit and two vegetables daily. Have fruits whenever you have time. A good tip for healthy living is that, replace snacks with fruits and add vegetables in your meal.
